I really enjoyed your money/finance videos, so I'm sad to hear you delisted them but glad to see you're posting again! Thoughts on contributing to/maxing 401k (RRSP in Canada) if you have a defined benefit government pension already? I'm hesitant because of potentially being in a higher tax bracket due to the pension, when it comes time to withdraw.. but also I could be missing out on 20+ years of compounding.. I already have my IRA (TFSA in Canada) maxed, and plan to continue doing so.

So nice to see you post again. I definitely enjoy your pragmatic approach to life. I think that it's very helpful to see other women who enjoy some luxuries of life, but also like keeping some things simple (like your beauty routine) and also who are thoughtful in investing/financial life. I find in motivating as well as paints a more realistic view for a lot of us that try to more aware of the tradeoffs we are making with our time and money choices.

Can you do how much it can stay on our face and be effective. Some say on the internet it is 2 hours. That is too short. I wouldnt be healthy to apply this much to your skin if your are outdoor all day

I had 7 spots treated. put aquaphor on it as needed so it never dried out.never put sunscreen or lotions on them. wore big hat and sunglasses. 8 days later most of the scabs fell off. now, I will put on sunscreen often as it is baby skin and pink. so far so good.

I have just one dark spot on my right cheek bone. I'll have to look into getting this done. Mine is about the same size of yours and looks about the same. I got it after I went hiking for 8 hrs and forgot to wear a hat. It wasn't too dark but after Hawaii, it got darker.

The chemicals in dry cleaning are not healthy. Stick to hand washing or just use a shampoo to clean your silk on a wool care setting in a front load washer.

My cousin’s oncologist told her that, although there was currently no clinical evidence to support it, she might err on the side of caution and avoid parabens just in case. When she was fighting cancer, I found an article stating that parabens were a possible estrogen disrupter, but I can’t find that article now. (And the printed version burned up in my house.) I don’t know what to think. She had the BRCA gene. Her cancer metastasized to her brain and that’s what took her. I don’t know if there’s any causation or even correlation between her breast cancer and paraben use or ingestion, but I avoid them just in case. (I do not have the BRCA gene.)
